Health Care for all
Under the idea that health must be accessible to all inhabitants of Portugal, the Project “ConsultaDireta.pt” was born, developed by Portuguese doctors.
With ConsultaDireta.pt it is intended to meet all the medical needs of the population without geographic or transport barriers, requiring only two things: Internet and a device (computer, tablet or smartphone).
It is, therefore, a completely online concept, where the patient will be able to access medical video consultations from emergencies, specialties, prescriptions to certificates without leaving home and without complications.
ConsultaDireta.pt is a project of the company “Doutor Em Casa, Serviços de Saúde, Lda”, based in Monção.
How it works?
Just follow the steps to book your first medical appointment online.
Choose the Consultation
Use our menus to choose an emergency consultation, specialty, medical certificates or prescriptions.
Schedule the Consultation
Choose the doctor and schedule your chosen appointment for the available day and time that is most convenient for you.
Make the payment
Pay for the medical consultation using an ATM reference, credit card or MBWay.
Video Consultation
Use the link you will receive in your email for your medical video consultation, using the device you prefer at the scheduled time.

Common questions
After scheduling and paying for your consultation, you will receive an email with the link to access the video consultation at the scheduled time.
When you make your first appointment, registration is done at the same time. In practice, you don't need to log in to your account to continue making appointments, but you have the advantage of accessing your history and managing your appointments.
Although we use Google Meet, it's not necessary. The link you will receive in your email also works through your device's browser. You just have to make sure you authorize the browser to use the camera and microphone during use.
During the scheduling of the consultation, you will choose the payment method (ATM, credit card or MBWay) that you prefer.
