The company, through the website consultadireta.pt, provides health services at a distance through video consultations using accredited doctors.

These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the consultadireta.pt website and to all video consultation appointments made through it, and which are part of a contract between the user (user) and the company after payment.

By using the site, the user will be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the site.

The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions whenever it deems necessary.

The company undertakes to comply with the appointments of the validated video consultations, within the times selected by the user. In case of time unavailability, the company must inform the user in advance and present an alternative solution, which may be a rescheduling or refund.

The prices for the services advertised on this website are shown in euros and are exempt from VAT.
The Company reserves the right to change prices whenever it deems necessary.

Booking video consultations on this site must be made by users aged 18 or over. In the case of children, bookings must be made by a responsible adult.

To make an appointment, the user undertakes to provide the requested data and not to omit information or provide false information that may later mislead the clinical evaluation during the video consultation.

The video consultation appointment is considered valid after payment.

The payment methods available on the consultadireta.pt website are: Credit/Debit Card, Multibanco and MBWay

The user has the right to reschedule a video consultation. You can do so up to 3 hours before the scheduled date in your customer panel.

We do not accept cancellations through the website.

If, for reasons of force majeure, you are unable to attend the consultation after the rescheduling period, please send us an email to info@consultadireta.pt.

The Video consultation does not replace hospital services or Health Centers.

The consultadireta.pt video consultation is carried out through the free platform “Google Meet” – See “Google Meet” Security and Privacy for Users.

To connect to the video consultation, it is not mandatory to have a Google account. If you don't have “Google Meet” installed on your device, you can use your usual browser.

It is the user's responsibility to make sure that they meet the necessary conditions to be connected to "Google Meet" through the link available in their customer panel or by email confirming the video consultation.

After the user connects to “Google Meet” through the link provided, he will be invited by the doctor to enter the video consultation at the scheduled time.

The video consultation for ordering Medical Prescriptions is a consultation exclusively for the prescription of chronic or prolonged medication.

When we request a copy or code of your last prescription, we are requesting a prescription prescribed in the SNS system (prescription prescription in Portugal). If you do not have a prescription prescribed in Portugal, choose an Emergency Video Consultation.

If you want to order a opioid prescription or medication for attention deficit disorder, it is mandatory to add to your order:

- 2 previous recipes with different dates,

- Medical report issued in Portugal confirming the diagnosis.

NOTE: If you do not have the aforementioned proofs, do not proceed to pay for the video consultation, as in this case there will be no refunds.

The user can make an internal complaint through our email info@consultadireta.pt.

All contents of the site consultadireta.pt are the property of Doutor Em Casa, Serviços de Saúde, Lda. By content, we mean all the information on this website, including texts, images, photos, graphics and logos.

The retransmission, edition or permanent storage of the contents of this website are not allowed without the prior authorization of Doutor Em Casa, Serviços de Saúde, Lda.
